Police & Courts A MAN convicted of attacking random people on the streets of Mildura, including a daylight assault when he "smashed in" a stranger's face and teeth, will apply to be released from custody on appeal bail to challenge an eight-month jail term. The Mildura Magistrates' Court this week heard the victim of the man's most recent offending was "just a random stranger walking down the road" with a skateboard.
