IPOH: The hardcore poor and disabled in Perak can apply to pay lower land premium fees, says Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad. The Mentri Besar said the Land and Mines Office (PTG) director would review applications before approval by the state. 'We understand the difficulties and hardship faced by these groups especially when it comes to paying the land premium fees. 'Therefore, PTG has issued the 2020 Perak Land and Mines office director circular Bil 3 (Pekeliling Pengarah Tanah Dan Galian Negeri Perak Bil 3 tahun 2020) under the Premium Reduction Appeal Application Policy where individuals under these groups can apply for lower premium fees,' he said when answering to Ong Boon Piow (PH-Bercham) during the question-answer session at the Perak assembly sitting here yesterday.
