The Sega Genesis Mini 2 was announced a little while back and the most exciting thing about it was that it would include Sega CD games in the overall package. If you pre-ordered before, the price has also changed from around $103-110 to $99.99. If you want to lock in that savings of $3-7, you have to cancel your previous pre-order and make a new one.
