I just noticed this today after doing a little cleanup on some old footage on my harddrive. Mousing over cast after right-clicking shows [LG] webOS TV uk6470plc. A quick search suggests its for LG TV's, of which I own none, and none are connected to my network. I am very confused as not only is this not a device I own, I wasn't even connected to any network at the time. My pc has no bluetooth, just a wireless network adapter.  I have file sharing and network folders disabled, so I would have assumed casting would be as well.
