Posted Today, 04:49 PM I installed a new Asus B760M motherboard and i3-13100 CPU.  I used my existing 16GB of DDR4 RAM and my Windows (10) drive (Samsung EVO M.2).  First boot into BIOS it recognized the CPU, RAM and Windows boot drive.  I made sure secure boot was enabled.  It rebooted into the BIOS safe mode.  I checked everything a rebooted again.  It booted into Windows after a couple false starts so I re-activated Windows and messed around for an hour or so with various apps (Excel, Outlook, Chrome, Firefox and a couple others.

Hello everyone, I am wondering if anyone can tell me what the next step would be in trying to get this Chromebook to work. The Chromebook model is C202XA . The problems started when I attempted to install Linux on the system. I diligently followed the instructions to enable USB booting by commands shell / sudo bash / enable_dev_usb_boot and I was only met with audible beeps from CTRL + U / CTRL + L using 2 different OS systems. I enabled debugging features as well to no avail but it didn't recognise the password until I reset the system.

Posted Today, 07:50 PM Hey hey, to put it short, removed a miner, browsers all was  infected, reinstalled fresh a dozen times, my ps4 was injecting dll files into the system, got a new hard disk router hard reset on motherboard and memory. found out it might have been linking though onedrive with the microsoft account, something is hiding in a recycle bin.  ye fun tried 6 different malware virus programs nothing found, until i saw activity in eset. also it was doing ddos attacks, it took over the malware programs and virus cloned the infterface made it look buggy and replaced the uninstall.

Installing with Desktop Experience enabled.  No additional Features or Rolls enabled. A shared folder containing an app and its data will be accessed by other computers on the LAN. The app does not require a server operating system it will run in a Win10/11 per-to-per environment. The only reason for Windows Server OS is concern about the 20 max simultaneous user limit when file sharing with Win10/11 Pro.

I can only use computer in safe-mode with network, and that's very limited--no desktop, apps, and can't go to settings, windows update. No system restore point is detected, and can't roll back any updates in recovery. Two unsuccessful Windows Reset attempts. Using Windows 10 version 22H2 OS build 19045, or at least I was before the failed resets, but top of Safe Mode says Build 19041 now. Other than problems installing updates, having to try multiple times, the pc has worked just fine, and this is first bsod instance System details--HP Pavilion P-62220t, originally had Windows 7, but upgraded to Windows 10 Home, 64 bit about 3 years ago.

Posted Today, 07:36 PM There is a inbuilt app on a old lollipop Android phone that causes it to shut down. I suspect it calls out through the only active WIFI network. I had this same problem on another Lolipop android phone and corrected it by  system defaulting the phone. I would like to find this communications and would like any suggestions on monitoring this shutdown. I have used wireshark to monitor the WIFI but have not seen any interesting traffic. I realize this is long-overdue. Technical challenges, human error and family emergencies have conspired to delay the release of this data. Both come with control hub, remote, double-tape, Molex power and aRGB cables. The fan cables themselves use 6-pin, proprietary connectors so you can't use them with standard hubs or headers. I ordered them from NewEgg. Unfortunately, the top Fish-Bone fan was broken - the mount holding the motor to the frame had snapped - so I had to return them for replacement as the vendor doesn't provide replacement of individual fans.

This is driving me insane as I cannot figure out why my formulas that equal 0, are showing as a RED color.   I am adding up two cells.  One cell is $102.60 (A1).  One cell is $84.30 (A2).  The total cell is $102.60+$84.30 = $186.90 (A3) These are all represented as "currency". I have another cell A9 that points to cell A3 and another cell B9 called "credits".  The equation is A9 minus B9 plus C9 equals D9. In the "credits" (B9) cell, I manually type in $186.90.  So $186.90 minus $186.90 should equal 0.

Hello hope everyone is doing fine, I wanted to as for a small problem that I have in my PC, I normally run AVAST as my antivirus and use AdwCleaner just to check if google is clean, I recently decided to get a new PC and want to give this one to one of my siblings to use so I decided to check a bit deeper with some extra antivirus/second opinion scanners like HitmanPro and rkill, HitmanPro said everything was fine some some stuff was marked as UniDeal (not sure what that means) but rkill find a window service named NDISRD [PUP/GEN] and killed and by doing so it killed my internet too.

Posted Today, 03:57 PM I have a Macrium Reflect task to backup certain files/folders everyday. It backs up to a separate local physical disk location (lets call it drive F). It is possible to create another task once a month to backup that entire location to another separate NAS drive? When I tried to create a new backup target location and point it to the NAS device, it seems Macrium only selects one target location, which ever is first on the list and if that doesn't work, then it seeks the next location.

I have been dealing with being hacked/has to be some persistent form of malware for over a year now. I have ran multiple scans and reset/replaced hard drives/ replaced computers/ cell phones etc. People seem to not believe me when I say Im being targeted. But that is an INSANE amount of different connection flows to my computer. They are all outbound, I wont go into the whole situation due to the fact that it has been SO long that im sure things have changed over that period of time. However the crazy insane amount of network connections is in the past 24 hours.

Everything works fine except I can't run Task Scheduler, which I need to do to control a service related to the processing I'm using. When I try to start it, I get "MMC has detected an error in a snap-in and will unload it.
