The Victorian Government has welcomed a new judge to the Supreme Court of Victoria. Attorney-General Jaclyn Symes has announced the appointment of Ian Waller KC to the Supreme Court of Victoria on 12 September 2023. Justice Waller has over three decades of experience as a barrister specialising in commercial law, corporations, contract, equity and trusts as well as class actions and environmental law litigation. He has been ranked as one of Victoria's leading commercial law silks, in addition to holding various leadership roles within the Jewish community.
