(Photo courtesy of Coast Guard District North Western Luzon) MANILA, Philippines — The Typhoon Egay death toll has climbed to 26 after one additional death was reported, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council's (NDRRMC) report on Tuesday afternoon. Of the said deaths, the NDRRMC said 24 are still for validation while two were confirmed.
