Supported with six strategic directions and 29 objectives, the key focus areas of the plan include: Closing the gap in health equality and life expectancy for our Aboriginal communities Taking action towards a more sustainable future through value based healthcare initiatives, and strengthening the financial and environmental sustainability of our Local Health District.
