Queensland Police have charged seven teenagers after an allegedly stolen vehicle was tracked from the Gold Coast to Logan yesterday, September 24. It will be alleged around 10:40am, the vehicle was stolen from a location at Carrara before it was sighted at Hope Island around 2:30pm. PolAir tracked the vehicle for some time before it crashed on Albert Street near Logan River Road at Waterford West. Officers arrived on scene a short time later and took seven occupants into custody. A 15-year-old Oxenford boy has been charged with two counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, and one count each of dangerous operation of a vehicle and fraud.
