Saying he is willing to take a long, hard look on how the Yankees front office works and actually doing it are 2 very different things.   And so, we will see what Hal Steinbrenner does with this Yankee team in the offseason, but he really has to be a tough guy and go hard on this organization and try to get back to what the fans want most... excellence.  If you don't know what I'm talking about AP reports the following. Steinbrenner spoke out about this disastrous season and what he wants to do: 'We're going to take a very deep dive into everything we're doing,' Steinbrenner said.
