Isla Rebujito cocktail (27,000 won or $20), made with Korean liquor from Jeju Island, lemon and lime soda, peach, bokbunja (black raspberries) and lemon, is a playful take on the Spanish cocktail Rebujito and was made in the inspiration of Armisén's support for hanyeo (female divers) from Jeju.
