High End Luxury Real Estate Agent & Broker seeking part-time and full-time assistants to join team and handle fast paced daily operations. Knowledge is preferred of CAR Contracts (Listing Agreements), Disclosures, familiarity with processes for Leases, Sales, and Escrows. Daily tasks include working with Showing Time, Docusign, CRMLS, Supra and other industry related platforms. In addition to Real Estate knowledge, ideal candidate will have administrative level knowledge and experience with appointment setting/Google calendar maintenance and high volume email processing.
