The vendors told SunStar that the limited supply of eggs is due to the culling of chickens and an increase in the price of chicken feeds, thus causing egg prices to increase. Based on the price monitoring conducted by SunStar on Friday, April 14, prices of eggs per piece have increased by P0.25 to P1. Medium-sized eggs are now at P 7.
