The Victoria Police Museum has opened at a brand new home, showcasing the state's policing history. The museum - at the Victoria Police Centre in Docklands - features more than 300 objects including historical artifacts and photographs. The car used in the 1986 bombing of the Russell Street Police Headquarters is displayed as well as the largest collection of Kelly Gang armour in Victoria. The exhibits include police telegrams and unpublished manuscripts that reveal the impact the crimes had on not only police but the entire community.
