Detectives from the Armed Crime Squad are investigating the circumstances surrounding a shooting in Endeavour Hills this morning. Emergency services were called to a Janmara Court residence following reports a teenage boy had been injured following a shooting about 1.20am. Detectives believe a number of shots were fired from the road or footpath towards the home, injuring the teen while he was sleeping. The 16-year-old boy has been taken to hospital in a stable condition with suspected non-life-threatening injuries.
