Ballarat Crime Investigation Unit detectives have charged three teenagers following a short pursuit in Ballarat on 3 July. It's understood an allegedly stolen green Kia Sportage was seen driving erratically near the Eastern oval in Peel Street just after 9.30am. Police attended and stop sticks were deployed. The stolen vehicle drove away, and a short pursuit was initiated. The offenders drove along the Bridge Mall at a slow rate of speed before crashing into a pole. Three male occupants were arrested at the scene.
