Police have charged a 26-year-old Mowbray man after they were called to a reported wounding in Cimitiere Street, Launceston last night. Emergency services were called to a disturbance between a group of people near City Park about 2.20am. Two 16-year-olds and one 15-year-old were reportedly wounded by a 26-year-old Mowbray man. The parties involved were treated at the Launceston General Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. At this stage, it is believed to be an isolated incident and there is no threat to the wider community.
