MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) on Monday disowned a memorandum about seeking preparations for World War III. A supposed PNP memorandum ordering to respond to the purported suggestions of Secretary Guiling Mamondiong of the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos Mamondiong, through a letter, purportedly suggested measures 'to strengthen the internal and external defense of the Philippines in preparation for 3rd World War.' Among them is the enlistment of the armed soldiers of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front, Moro National Liberation Front, and the so-called 'Cotabato Revolutionary Command.
