MANILA, Philippines — A vendor and two canteen owners were arrested for selling suspected crystal meth or shabu worth more than P1.3 million in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, the anti-narcotics agency said on Monday. The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency identified the three suspects as Lilibeth Pascual, 29, vendor; Charles Ian Cordero, 23, canteen owner; and Lady Patricia Sarmiento, 20, canteen owner. The suspects were arrested in a buy-bust operation at an open parking lot of a restaurant in Barangay Balibago on Saturday, June 24.
