MANILA, Philippines — Authorities have arrested a 64-year-old man and confiscated more than P2.2 million worth of suspected crystal meth or 'shabu' during a buy-bust operation in Parañaque City. The Southern Police District (SPD) said in a report that Parañaque City Police Station's Drug Enforcement Unit operatives nabbed suspect Mohn Chandumal Jiwatramani along Gadiola St. Tramo Uno Barangay San Dionisio on Tuesday, May 2. But Jiwatramani's alleged cohort, identified by the police as Efren John Frac, also known as Alyas Zeth, eluded arrest.
