(Satellite image from Pagasa) MANILA, Philippines — The state weather bureau is monitoring two low pressure areas (LPAs) inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), which are partly among the causes of scattered rains across a major part of the country today, Saturday, September 23, 2023.
