This, even if partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms may also possibly occur in these areas from afternoon to evening. State weather specialist Obet Badrina said Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon and Mindanao may anticipate warm weather around Monday noon.
