MANILA, Philippines — Generally fair weather will prevail over the majority of the country on Sunday, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa). 'Dito sa buong bahagi ng Luzon makakaranas tayo ng bahagyang maulap hanggang maulap na kalangitan o generally fair weather ang mararanasan, maliban na lang sa tiyansa ng mahihinang pagulan na dulot ng amihan sa Batanes at Babuyan Islands,' said Pagasa weather specialist Grace Castañeda. (The entire Luzon will experience slightly cloudy to cloudy skies or generally fair weather, except for the possibility of light rains caused by the northeast monsoon in Batanes and Babuyan Islands.
