LUCENA CITY — Anti-narcotics operatives collared an alleged illegal drug trafficker who yielded P5.1 million worth of 'shabu' (crystal meth) during a buy-bust operation in Santa Rosa City, Laguna province, authorities said on Sunday, March 19. The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Region 4A said its agents and local police arrested at 7:15 p.m. on March 18 Joemar Demandante, 40, after he sold shabu to a poseur buyer in front of a subdivision along the Santa Rosa-Tagaytay road in Barangay Sto.
