The Oregon State University Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting at 2 p.m. remotely via Zoom Friday, Aug. 25, to consider next steps for two capital projects and hear updates on university athletics and the Elliott State Research Forest. The board will consider approving a budget and advancing to the construction phase an innovation district on the OSU-Cascades campus in Bend and approving an increased budget and advancing to the construction phase the Kelley District Utility Plant on the Corvallis campus.
