Western Plains Tourist Park Dubbo: Evacuate Now NSW SES is directing residents, guests and staff at the Western Plains Tourist Park in Dubbo to relocate to family and friends and move their caravans and campers to Victoria Park Oval Carpark 1, Darling Street, Dubbo. The affected area is:•    Western Plains Tourist Park – 1/11 Bultje Street, DubboAll residents, guests and staff must leave the high danger area and move to safety now. Why we are directing people to evacuate. Once floodwater enters the area road access will be cut and all sewerage and power may be lost.
