Australian Wildlife Conservancy Australian Wildlife Conservancy's (AWC) Newhaven Wildlife Sanctuary , on Ngalia-Warlpiri and Luritja Country, made an appearance on national television, in the third episode of a new First Nations documentary series called Larapinta . Produced in collaboration by Wiradjuri producer, Mitchell Stanley of No Coincidence Media, and Michaela Perske of Pursekey Productions and directed by Gary Hamaguchi, the series tells the story of the oldest river in the world (Larapinta - also known as The Finke River) running alongside the oldest continuing culture.
