Mornington Peninsula Shire has just released the first package consisting of three tenders, relating to Building Maintenance. This is a competitive tender process for the delivery of Building Maintenance services, ensuring residents and visitors can continue to enjoy safe, clean and efficient buildings, throughout the Mornington Peninsula. Our current infrastructure maintenance services contract (which includes buildings maintenance) ends on 30 June 2024. We are changing the way we maintain our buildings and facilities.
