Until recently children with disabilities had often been denied the right to a normal education in Mongolia. However in 2019, the Minister of Education adopted a policy of inclusion, allowing those with disabilities into regular schools. All4Education, supported by Education Out Loud – GPE's fund to support civil society – is ensuring more children with disabilities have access to quality education through advocacy efforts and gathering missing data for changemakers to acknowledge the challenge.
