BACOLOD CITY — The mayor of this city has called the attention of at least five employees of the City Treasurer's Office whom he caught watching an entertainment program on television during office hours. Mayor Alfredo Abelardo Benitez on Wednesday, March 22, reminded city hall employees of their pledge to serve the people honestly and efficiently. He stressed that honesty and efficiency should be the topmost priority of city hall employees while at work. City Administrator Pacifico Maghari III said notices to explain have been sent to the employees involved.
