Manila Water continues to promote gender equality in the workplace, with a majority of women taking on leadership and technical roles. To date, the number of women leaders in its key departments is equal to men and even higher. The company has 81 females and 74 males as Department Heads, while 8 females and 6 males are taking over the Division Head roles. 'We also have an equal number of Group Directors, with 10 females and 10 males,' said Janine Carreon, Manila Water's Group Director for Human Resources.
