Fugitive Chinese businessman Guo Wengui, who has portrayed himself as an online influencer, political critic, crypto guru and ally of Trump Republicans, is now the subject of an FBI investigation for suspected fraud. Guo, who is also wanted by Interpol, has a controversial history that continues to unfold. Guo is also known by several aliases such as Kwok Ho Wan and Miles Kwok. He was arrested in March in New York on 11 federal criminal charges, including leading a conspiracy to defraud his online followers out of more than $1 billion.
