Breast cancer awareness campaign in HungaryPink light illuminates the piers of the Chain Bridge as a sign of solidarity with breast cancer patients and to promote prevention of the disease in Budapest, Hungary, 08 October 2023 (issued 09 October 2023). The event is part of a campaign initiated by the local Bridge of Health - Cooperation Against Breast Cancer Association, which has organised walks in October for raising awareness for the cause in the past two decades. Breast Cancer Awareness Month has been internationally celebrated in every October since the 1990s.
