Mr. Headrick Billy Howard Headrick left his earthly home for his forever home in Heaven on June 6, 2023, at the age of 87. Billy was born in Georgetown on May 18, 1936, to Roy L . a n d Edna Headrick. He attended school in Georgetown, graduating from Georgetown High School in 1955. He played football (guard) for the Georgetown Eagles and was team captain his senior year. Following graduation, he attended Blinn College on a football scholarship. During high school, Billy joined the U.S. Navy reserve and received an honorable discharge on April 9, 1957.
