Summer fun kicks off at noon today with the final installment of Summer on the Square in downtown El Dorado. "Back to School Bash with a Splash" is the theme and activities, many of them water-based, will be centered in the area of Jefferson and Elm streets, said Beth Brumley, executive director of Main Street El Dorado, which is presenting the event. "There's going to be so much going on. I hope the weather stays just like this," Brumley said Friday with a laugh. Admission for Summer on the Square is free and the event is open to the public.
