The Queensland Police Service (QPS) is proud to be involved in another year at Queensland's largest and most loved annual event - the Ekka, showing off what the Service has to offer to potential recruits. Yesterday, Police Minister Mark Ryan visited the QPS Ekka exhibit, where there was a hive of activity from attendees. Ekka visitors are encouraged to visit the QPS stall to explore a rewarding career with the QPS as well as view the operational vehicle and motorcycle. Recruiting officers are on hand to engage in discussions about recruitment opportunities and Fraud and Cyber Crime detectives will be available to provide information on cyber safety and have an activity book ready for youngsters.
