MANILA -The Department of Energy (DOE) has looked to digitalization in ramping up its energy efficiency efforts after launching three websites that allowed more transparency in the implementation of relevant laws in the sector. Mobile application City of Energia, as well as its website versions Enerhiyang Atin and Wattmatters, aim to increase awareness on energy efficiency measures and systems applicable to government agencies, the academe, students and media practitioners, according to the DOE.
