(Leo Udtohan/Inquirer Visayas) TAGBILARAN CITY — Mely Galao-Dugaduga turned to an image of God the Father of All Mankind so she would be healed of her heart and lung ailments. On March 18, 2023, she passed out and was later intubated inside the intensive care unit of the Gov. Celestino Gallares Medical Center for a week due to health complications. 'There's no one who could help me. I prayed for healing and I was miraculously healed by the God the Father of All Mankind,' said Dugaduga, a mother of three children and six grandchildren.
