MANILA, Philippines — Cotabato Airport has resumed flight operations on a limited bases following the partial completion of its runway repair works, according to the Department of Transportation (DOTr).  In a statement, the DOTr said limited flight operations at the airport resumed on Saturday morning from 7;00 a.m to 11:59 a.m.  T he Department of Public Works and Highways said its contractor partially completed the asphalt overlay works last August 17.  It added that repair work for other parts of the airport — which serves the general area of Cotabato City and municipalities near Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao — will continue until 100 percent completion, and once finished, flights will return to regular operating hours.
