Pampanga map. INQUIRER FILES MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga — Classes at all levels in public and private schools in this province were suspended on Thursday (Aug. 31) due to incessant rains. At past 7 a.m. Gov. Dennis Pineda issued an executive order on the class suspension. He said the class suspension was due to the inclement weather brought by the effects of the southeast monsoon enhanced by Typhoon Goring (international name Saola).
