MANILA, Philippines — Commission on Human Rights (CHR) is conducting an investigation into the bombing of a lawyer's car in Davao city. The commission said Davao city police had reported that Attorney Alberto Magulta's Honda CRV exploded a few minutes after he parked it outside his office. The blast happened in One Oasis Condominium building along Ecoland Drive in Matina Village at around 9:30 a.m. on June 15. 'A closed-circuit television footage showed two men attaching an object under the car prior to the explosion,' CHR reported.
