Changes have been made to the CW1 form to accommodate non means tested areas of work. This includes changes to accommodate the new Housing Loss Prevention Advice Service (HLPAS) which will commence on 1 August 2023. The changes include: a new 'Matter Type' section: providing a series of tick boxes for current non means tested areas of work and the new HLPAS Early Legal Advice; and an updated Client Certification section to incorporate a new client declaration for non means tested areas of work.
