World-renowned pastry chef Cédric Grolet is opening his first patisserie in Asia and it will be located Como Orchard this September. You have probably seen Cédric Grolet's legendary croissants on social media before. Queues outside the Cédric Grolet Opéra regularly last for hours and you are lucky if you can get your hands on the croissants and pastries. Cédric Grolet's latest venture in Singapore marks his fourth establishment following successful openings in Paris and London. The Como Group, which is partnering Cédric Grolet for his Singapore establishment, is also responsible for notable dining destinations such as the Michelin-starred Candlenut and The Dempsey Cookhouse and Bar by renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
