Bruce Springsteen announced on his website earlier this month that he was postponing shows for the remainder of September while he was treated for symptoms of 'peptic ulcer disease.' The disease causes ulcers to form in the stomach or small intestine that can cause heartburn, nausea and stomach pain. Bruce and his band will reveal the new, postponed dates in the upcoming weeks. 'When the new 2024 dates are announced, those unable to attend on the new date who purchased their tickets through official ticketing companies have 30 days to request a refund,' a statement from the band reads.
