TULUNAN, Cotabato – The local government here is offering a cash reward to anyone who could provide information leading to the arrest of a man who stabbed to death a 14 year old girl over the weekend. Tulunan Mayor Ruel Limbungan is offering a P50,000 reward while another P25,000 was offered by Barangay Bual. According to Limbungan, the suspect, farmer Joven Tanguirido, 30, is now in hiding after stabbing to death a 14-year-old girl last Sunday. Tanguirido allegedly solicited sex from the girl while she was in a drinking binge with friends.
