Based on the President's published schedule, he was set to return to the Philippines on Sunday but Malacañang did not confirm his arrival until this morning. Marcos has been in Singapore since September 13 for the 10th Asian Conference, where he delivered a speech inviting foreign investors and global leaders to invest in the Philippines.
