Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a serious crash in Beckenham on Monday 11 September 2023. About 7.05am, a Kenworth truck was being driven north-east on Roe Highway. At the same time, a Holden Commodore wagon was being driven in the same direction, on the same road. The two vehicles were involved in a crash about 400m south-east of the Spencer Road overpass. The impact of the crash resulted in four other vehicles being struck and damaged. Those vehicles were a Holden Trax, a Hyundai Tucson, a Mitsubishi Outlander and a Toyota RAV4.
