MANILA -AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) is planning to open its second industrial estate in Batangas province by the middle of 2025 where it seeks to lure a mix of foreign and local businesses. The Batangas Technopark, which will be the company's fifth industrial estate, will rise in the 55-hectare property in Padre Garcia. '[T]he soon-to-rise Technopark is intended for light and medium, non-polluting industries from both local and global markets,' ALLHC said. The company said the estate will also house ALogis dry warehouse and ALogis Artico cold storage facilities.
