MANILA, Philippines — Almost 4,000 aspiring overseas workers went to the Department of Migrant Worker's (DMW) mega job fair held during the celebration of Labor Day, according to Undersecretary Bernard Olalia on Thursday. In a statement, Olalia said that the department launched one mega job fair in their central office and 12 more nationwide. There were 30 licensed recruitment agencies and four manning agencies that joined the job fair, which offered an estimated total of 12,500 job vacancies, Olalia added.
