This noticeably came after Rivero opened up about their split through his interview in the GMA show 'Fast Talk with Boy Abunda.' Brillantes and Rivero officially became a couple in April last year when he asked the actress to be his girlfriend after his University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) basketball game.
